Good Evening, All,

I must apologize for being so tardy in my blogs.  It’s been quite a while since I have made an updated on my paintings.  I have spent quite a bit of time just starting at this chicken, trying to keep in mind that I want it to look very much like aa child has painted this picture.  I think that’s my problem.

It’s very hard for an adult to paint like a child because the adult has learned so many things about painting and that influences the adult in his/her interpretation.

Because of this, I am going to just give up and try to just let it go.  You must be free in your thinking.  This is a difficult thing to accomplish.  Hopefully it will soon be finished and I can get on with my paintings.  I am including an update on this painting for you to look at and compare.
